Hydrogel Wound Dressing Source Privacy Policy
How business inquiry information and limited interface state are handled.
Business inquiry information
When you submit the inquiry form, the service receives the contact and purchasing information you enter, such as name, work email, company, phone, product configuration, quantity, destination, timing, budget preference and document questions. This information is used to review the request and coordinate sourcing communications.
Benefit display state
The browser stores a firstShownAt timestamp in localStorage to enforce a non-renewable maximum display window for the sourcing-benefit interface. It also stores a separate session-only ticker-closed state in sessionStorage so the banner can remain closed during that browser session. The timestamp is not reset by opening, closing, refreshing or starting a new session.
This limited interface state is not used for profiling, advertising personalization or supplier ranking. It does not contain inquiry submissions, contact details, product requirements, budgets or form text. Reaching the display limit hides the interface; this policy does not promise deletion of the timestamp on a seven-day schedule.
Form submission and purpose
Inquiry submissions are handled separately from benefit display state. They are used for sourcing review, candidate outreach, quote comparison and related business communication. Do not submit clinical records or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Sharing and retention
Relevant requirement details may be shared with potential suppliers and service providers involved in the requested sourcing process. Retention depends on business, legal, security and dispute-resolution needs; no fixed deletion period is promised here. Access should be limited to the applicable procurement purpose.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form, omit optional budget or preference controls, or request correction of information through the same contact channel used for the inquiry. Browser storage can be managed through browser controls, subject to the interface expiring closed if required state is unavailable.
