Supplier matching with open questions visible
Hydrogel for wound care sourcing services
The service begins with a buyer-controlled specification, not a supplier claim. We organize whether the request concerns a hydrogel sheet, an amorphous gel in a tube or sachet, or another clearly described configuration; record dimensions or fill amount; identify sterile-status, adhesive, pouch and case-pack questions; and contact potential factories against that same scope.
Each candidate is asked to identify the exact proposed product, quotation unit and exclusions. A response remains a sourcing lead until the buyer reviews the product, documents, sample and commercial terms.
Procurement inputs and service handoff
Configuration input
Name the required form, construction questions, sheet dimensions or amorphous fill amount, sterile or non-sterile status, adhesive or secondary fixation, individual package and units per carton. If alternatives are acceptable, list each alternative separately rather than combining incompatible forms in one line.
Commercial input
Give quantity by configuration and unit, US destination, requested timing, sample quantity, currency and delivery basis. An optional target budget must state whether it applies per piece, pouch, tube, pack, carton or whole order.
Evidence input
List the exact-product label, packaging artwork, sterile-status evidence, shelf-life support, material information or other documents your quality and compliance reviewers need. The request is a checklist for suppliers, not a statement that any document already exists.
Service evidence and unresolved items
Comparable record
We can align the proposed product name, form, dimensions or fill, packaging unit, order quantity, currency, quoted price basis, freight scope, production assumption and exclusions in a comparison record. The result shows where responses use the same basis and where an alternative needs separate buyer approval.
Supplier confirmation
The supplier must confirm exact construction, sterile or non-sterile status, labeling, pack count, case pack, shelf-life documentation, sample scope and commercial terms for its quoted item. A document from another series, a catalog screenshot or a public product-family page is not automatically evidence for that item.
Buyer decision
The buyer decides whether the sample plan is sufficient, which open items require a qualified laboratory or regulatory professional, whether an alternative is acceptable and which quotation revision may proceed. Price ranking does not resolve a missing specification or document.
